This page includes information about the Vibrant Parish Life (VPL) program for the Cleveland Diocese and specific information about the Clustering process for Our Lady Of Grace and St Albert the Great parishes.

VPL was begun in 2001 to address the anticipated challenges posed by the changing demographics of the Cleveland Diocese. The challenges have been addressed by church leaders and parishioners for several years. Phase II of the VPL program includes a "clustering" process where related parishes combine resources.
